I’m a product development leader and mechanical engineer who loves turning ideas into thoughtful, manufacturable products.

I'm at my best leading with curiosity, empathy, technical rigor, and data-driven decision making. Whether I'm leading a team or serving as a hands-on engineer, I believe the best leaders stay close to the work. My favorite part of the job is coaching others, tackling difficult engineering problems together, and helping teams build products they're proud of.

The same mindset guides both my career and my life: Do it scared. Whether I’m learning a new manufacturing process, leading a new team, or scuba diving the Great Barrier Reef, I’ve found that the most rewarding experiences usually begin just outside my comfort zone.

What Keeps Me Curious

The curiosity that drives me as an engineer doesn't stop when I leave work.

Traveling the world has taught me to appreciate different perspectives, embrace uncertainty, and ask better questions. Those same lessons shape how I lead teams, solve problems, and build products.

More Than a Product Launch

My husband and I met while developing the Frida Grow-With-Me Potty.

I was the design engineer and he was the reliability engineer.

We still joke that I built it and he broke it.

It wasn't part of the project plan, but some projects have unexpected deliverables.

Unapologetically Type A

If something matters to me, there’s probably a spreadsheet for it.

Whether it’s my personal schedule, tracking my senior dogs quality of life, or vacation planning, I am making it happen cell by cell.

Engineering Origin Story

I grew up junior drag racing from age 9 to 18. I spent my weekends helping my dad prep and refuel the car between rounds. More than anything, it gave me lifelong friendships and taught me to never be afraid to jump in and get my hands dirty.
